Katie moved to North Carolina to run from her past. She slowly begins to make friends. She spends some time with her neighbor Jo and is drawn to Alex and his two kids. As her and Alex begin to fall in love her secret may come to surface and put everyone in danger. It was a pretty good book, a little surprise at the end. Typical Nicholas Sparks book, easy read.
